Personalization

How does the live preview work?
On every product page, type your name or message, pick an engraving style, and the preview updates on the product photo instantly. The final layout is hand-checked by us before it runs.

Is engraving really free?
Yes. Every price you see includes personalization. No setup fees, no per-letter charges.

What can I engrave?
Names, dates, monograms, short quotes — up to two lines on most products. For logos and custom artwork, contact us with your file (SVG, PNG or PDF works best).

Which fonts can I choose?
Six engraving styles, from classic serif to handwritten script.

Can I choose the engraving colour?
No — and no engraver can. The colour of the mark is a fixed property of the material: stainless steel engraves silver-bright, powder-coated drinkware reveals the steel beneath, wood and bamboo burn a warm dark tone, leatherette turns rich contrast, and glass etches frosted white. Each product page shows the exact tone that piece engraves in.

Will the preview match the final product exactly?
Very closely. The preview is an approximation of position and style; our engravers fine-tune spacing and sizing so it looks right on the physical piece.

Quality & durability

Does engraving wear off?
No. Laser engraving physically alters the material — it cannot peel, fade or wash off. It lasts as long as the product does.

Is it dishwasher safe?
Engraving itself is, but we recommend hand-washing insulated drinkware to protect the vacuum seal, as with any quality tumbler.

Orders & shipping

How fast do you ship?
Personalized orders are engraved and handed to the carrier the same business day, from Alpharetta, Georgia. Delivery time after that is up to the carrier — typically 5–8 business days nationwide with Standard Shipping, or 3–4 with Priority. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

Do you offer local pickup?
We are Alpharetta locals — message us about picking up your order and skipping the shipping wait.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Because we engrave the same day, tell us as fast as you can — reply to your order confirmation immediately and if the piece hasn't run yet, we'll update it.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — wedding parties, client gifts, team gifts, all of it. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces; logo engraving included. Bulk orders are proofed before production and ship in 5–7 business days. Start here.

Returns & guarantee

What is your guarantee?
If your item arrives damaged or the engraving doesn't match what you entered, we remake it free. That's our remake guarantee.

Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items can't be restocked, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns — but the remake guarantee covers every quality issue, no arguing. Unengraved items in original condition can be returned within 30 days; see our refund policy.
