IF YOU HAVE A LONG NAME FORGET IT. They didn't include that there was a character limit for the name and if you exceed it they will delete "grill" at the end. The name I requested has the same amount of characters as ALEXANDRIA. Super common length in the US. The personalization was the whole reason I ordered from this shop. They didn't produce what they advertised. When I messaged them, they said they'd have to "make the text smaller", which would look better than what I received. They seriously thought I wouldn't notice. They did offer a partial refund/a new one but wouldn't guarantee when it would arrive. They don't ship internationally and this was a gift for someone in Europe. It's ridiculous and unprofessional to not state that. At that point it was to late to order anywhere else. It did have good solid wood and color.

I was so impressed by the quick shipping/turn around time and the packaging that it arrived in. Such good quality too. Highly recommend! Will be saving for future purchases.

This cutting board is absolutely beautiful. The customization turned out perfect and the quality is even better in person. The only small hiccup was that it arrived a few days after Christmas when it was originally expected to arrive before, but honestly… it was completely worth the wait and didn’t take away from the sentiment at all. This was a gift from my stepdaughter to her dad, and it meant so much to him. I’d absolutely order from this shop again.

I waited until the very last minute to order this (December 20th) full expecting it to be an after Christmas present. I was so shocked to get the email my item was shipped the same day and miraculously arrived on Christmas Eve!!! I was so impressed by the turn around time. Not to mention the board itself was perfect!!

The board is perfect! My dad will love it. The shipping box did come damaged all the way through but the seller packaged it so well that it didnt damage the board at all.

When I found this cutting board that I could also personalize I bought one for him and also one for my other son. It’s a high quality board made of sturdy wood and the seller offers several different personalization options. I am so pleased with this product and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a personalized gift for someone who cooks or grills.

It’s a beautiful cutting board, but be aware that the engraving is a lot lighter and more shallow than the photos reflect. I could see it fading a lot in a couple years.

I haven’t received it yet but the pictures look great!

I recieved the order with the packaging damaged on the back. Then I later on looked at the front and it was obvious the front was damaged as well. She claims that it did not leave damaged like that and she will not do anything. It looks like they messed up the personalization or the cutting board it self was not done correctly. So she said that I have to contact either esty or ups. She will do nothing to make this right. Christmas is in 2 weeks and now have nothing to give my brother. Personalized things cant just be ordered at a whim and get here in that short span. I am really disappointed by the cutting board and the unwillingness to do anything by the seller. So if you have an issue with your order just know that she will not be willing to help. She will just ask you to contact etsy or the post office.

The cutting board itself is really nice but the design is small and parts of the words came faded. Not bad just didn’t meet my expectations.
