I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a customizable cup. The quality is great. The Seller has amazing customer service. She made a beautiful custom cup for me. It was for husband. She was able to do a dragon on one side with elvin writing on it. The only thing different I would do differently is do a darker color so the design pops more but that was completely on me because I chose the color. I would recommend this seller to everyone.

I chose the charcoal color for this one, and you can barely see the engraving. Also, my last name size, I believe, is too small and doesn't seem to flow with the design. I love the rose quartz color! I was disappointed with how small my last name is compared to the rest. But they were made and shipped quickly, the price was great, so I can't complain much! I got pink and black Mr. and Mrs. Tumblers for my niece’s wedding. They arrived on the estimated date . There is no opening slot in the lid to sip for anyone wanting that feature , it’s just an enclosed rubber opening for the straw and the straws are included. I’m fine with just the straw opening though . The etched wedding date and last name are spelled correctly . The quality is great . They are perfect , I love them ! This seller did a great job ! I had ordered these cups as a gift and disney trip, however it said shipped for a few days. I was told it was dropped off at the carrier. I contacted usps they said the label was created but they never received anything, but then i was told the package got lost. Im just upset because I was supposed to gift them for our disney trip which is happening right now and didn’t have time to order any other ones.

My delivery estimated wasn’t showing up spoke with the seller and next thing I know I was receiving my cup. I love it!!

I ordered one of mine with Snow White. It wasn’t a design offered, and they made it happen anyway! Love that it’s not just a sticker it’s lasered in so I’m not fried to scrub it clean. I’m very disappointed with this shop. My cups were supposed to have been delivered by May 19. I double checked the tracking which showed USPS was still awaiting for product from seller. I reached out to the seller who claimed the package was lost. She said she would fill the order, however; conveniently the color selected was out of stock. I selected different colors so that I could get the remaining items for a gift. I also reached out to USPS and was advised they never received the originally product from the seller. Very disappointing in the lack of providing honest customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this shop. LOVE it! Color is perfect (lilac), design is subtle on that color, which I prefer. I really like the top. The "slide" to drink from the top actually turns, it doesn't slide. It was hard to move the first time, but that shows how well it seals. I like that the hole for the straw is rubberized - helps keep the top from dripping or leaking. Wish this came in a 20-ounce, so I could have a matching set.

these tumblers are beautiful and high quality. they keep drinks cold longer than some other insulated tumblers. the large size is a plus, and it's not too heavy due to the handle. i ordered about 30 of these with individual names on them, they were all correct, and arrived on time. great item
